Red Sun

Crime/Drama, Germany 1970

Thomas (Marquard Bohm) gets a ride from a Mercedes driver and asks him to stop at a club, where he meets his ex-girlfriend Peggy (Uschi Obermaier), who works at the bar there. He sleeps in the back seat of her Beetle until she leaves her workplace in the early morning. After going for an early morning walk together at Lake Starnberg, he asks her to come with him to her apartment and promises not to hassle her. She agrees and falls into bed, dead tired, but is soon awakened by Christine (Diana Körner), who needs her help. There are problems with Silvy (Silvia Kekulé), because she does not want to shoot her lover after 5 days seeing him, as it had been agreed by the women living in this shared apartment. She instead cries while lying in bed. Thomas doesn't know about this rule yet either, and only slowly gets to know Peggy's flatmates, without suspecting that he himself will soon become the focus of attention...
